Velanidia Villas in Kefalonia

The Velanidia Villas are owned and developed by English architect Morris Richards, who together with his wife Sarah has enjoyed many villa holidays over the years and therefore truly understands the needs of our guests. The villas certainly have that personal touch and the positioning of the two villas means that they are quite separate and therefore retain their own privacy. Both villas are of a unique and contemporary design yet manage to fit in perfectly with the beautifully unspoilt surrounding area.

It is the dramatic views which make this such a special location. One can look across the lush valleys below, with a mixture of olive and cypress trees, and then out to the Ionian Sea with Ithaca predominant and on a clear day both Lefkas and the Greek mainland can be seen.

Special attention has been given to the Velanidia Villas to ensure privacy. Each villa has a selection of courtyards off the rooms; perfect to while away the afternoon with a book whilst still taking in the amazing scenery. The barbeque areas give guests the chance to enjoy relaxed al fresco dining.

It must be said that with white marble floors running through the property both internally and externally and the dramatic infinity pools, both villas have an exceptionally calming appeal and provide for a very sophisticated holiday.
