Flights
All our resorts in Crete are served by flights to Heraklion Airport. However, the Almyrida Residence, the Palazzino Di Corina and Mythos suites have shorter transfers if you fly into Chania Airport.
Our flights from London Gatwick with Easyjet operate on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday; and our flights from Manchester are on a Tuesday and Friday. In addition to these flights there are several other carriers operating to Crete mainly on Tuesdays from London Gatwick and Manchester, as well as other regional airports such as Stansted and Birmingham. We are able to secure seats on these flights but they may carry a flight supplement. The flight time to Heraklion is 4 hours and the local time in Crete is 2 hours ahead of the UK.Please note all timings in the table below are local timings and are subject to change.

Please note:
- Due to 'fluid pricing' by airlines flight supplements may vary, but we will advise of any differences at the time you make an enquiry.
- While we do not own our aircraft we have excellent relationships with all airlines, but as they are outside suppliers we do not have direct control over the flights or the service they provide.
- Due to an increase in security checks at all airports, it is advisable that guests arrive at least 2.5 hours prior to the confirmed departure time on your flights.
- All airlines differ in the luggage allowance that they offer and whether they include meals on board, pre bookable seats or extra leg room. We will be able to advise all this information during your enquiry.
Passport, visa and immigration requirements
UK passport holders are not required to obtain a visa to enter Crete. Holders of all other passports are advised to check with the Greek Consulate on on 020 7221 6467 before departure for all passport, visa or immigration requirements.
On arrival
After collecting your bags please proceed through customs and through the main doors where you will see The Tapestry Collection Host, who will direct you to your transfer vehicle for onward transfer to your accommodation.
Car hire
All inclusive vehicles must be collected/retuned at Heraklion Airport. A charge for delivery and collection will be made if guests wish to pay for our transfers and have the car delivered/collected from their property (please call us for a quote).
Where a car is included with a property, the terms and conditions relating to the Inclusive Car Hire will be given to you upon delivery of the vehicle, or are available from the Tapestry Collection team upon request.
