Lying 60km west of Rethymnon, Chania is a beautiful old Venetian town dominated by its atmospheric harbour and labyrinth of narrow winding streets. Our properties lie in the Apokoronas region of Chania, an area of outstanding natural beauty with easy access to facilities, beautiful beaches and stunning countryside all combined with the warmth and traditions of real Crete.
 

Vamos - An exceptional traditional village where the beauty of the village is the relaxing pace of life. It hosts cultural festivals throughout the year and provides a great opportunity for everyone to experience the Vamos traditions. The village boasts a number of tavernas offering Cretan specialities and other village shops selling wine, honey, nuts and ceramics. Also a mini market, chemist, bakery, butcher and doctor are at hand.
 

Alymyrida - Boasting its own sandy beach, Alymyrida has been slowly developed to accommodate the extra guests that keep coming back year on year in a way that it has remained unspoilt. The beach is lined with traditional Cretan tavernas serving local and some international cuisine, where you can dine and take in the scenic setting. The beach has been awarded a Blue Flag Award for being very clean and safe. Nearby Kalives and Georgoupolis offer alternative village facilities and beaches, although a trip to the amazing beauty of Elafonissi and Falassana beaches provide a wonderful day out.
