Situated on the slopes below Uchisar castle, the panoramic views from the newly-opened Cappadocia Cave Resort are simply outstanding, with the splendid valleys below and the impressive snow-capped Mount Erciyes in the distance, you could never tire of the spectacular scenery of this enthralling landscape.
The Cappadocia Cave Resort is absolutely charming, although larger than the other hotels we feature in the region, we simply could not bypass this hotel as an option for our guests.
The excellent service is professional and discreet, the accommodation is beautifully designed using the local porous stone and traditional, authentic furnishings. With more modern luxuries than you could imagine, such as under floor heating, high speed internet access, hydro-massage bathtubs and showers and even state-of-the-art music systems in both the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The vast Leea Spa is out of this world, with facilities including a large indoor pool, two traditional hamams, two saunas, plenty of massage rooms and even more unusual facilities such as a 'snow room' and 'salt room'. This extensive array of treatments available is sure to invigorate and revitalise in no time.
Cappadocia Cave Resort also boasts three wonderful a la carte restaurants, with varied menus offering Asian, Turkish and European cuisine, and even sushi & an unexpected surprise in the heart of Central Anatolia! There is also an extensive stone-carved wine cellar, with a wide range of both local and international wines.
