Small and exclusive, the creation of this charming hotel ingeniously built into the slopes of the inland hills has been a labour of love for Iskender and Zuhal, its Turkish owners, who both originally trained as architects. The warmth of their welcome and unrivalled levels of service and comfort ensure a truly relaxing atmosphere. Each of the four elegant suites has it own unique charm and is named after local flowers (Iskendar is happy to advise on local trails through the flora and fauna of the surrounding hills). They are all well-equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, a small fridge, sitting area with sofa bed and the welcome extra touch of tea and coffee making facilities.

The inviting freshwater pool and Jacuzzi area, amidst gardens of pomegranate, fig and almond trees, is the perfect retreat for lazy days, as are the lovely flower-filled terraces with their magnificent views over the bay and the surrounding countryside. Breakfast is served on the terrace under the shade of a large carob tree, whilst snacks and drinks are available all day at the charming Aloe Vera bar.

This idyllic location offers the tranquility of rural life, yet the sandy beaches and restaurants of Ortakent and Yahsi are close by and for a wider choice, the cosmopolitan centre and interesting sights of Bodrum can be easily reached by local dolmus or car.
