Policy Summary
The travel insurance we provide for our guests has been arranged by Rock Insurance Services and is underwritten by Europ Assistance, who as part of the Generali Insurance Group is one of the largest insurers in Europe. This insurance is governed by the Law of England and Wales, and unless we agree otherwise is only available to EU residents.

- Additional extensions to your policy include Winter Sports Cover, Timeshare Extension Cover, Home Country Cover, Golf Cover, Business Cover & Wedding Cover.
- A Child Premium is valid for children aged 2 & 17 who are in full time education. Children under the age of 2 travel free.
- A Couple Premium is valid for any couple (including same sex) in a common law relationship or who have co-habited for at least 6 consecutive months at the commencement of the period of insurance.
- A Family Premium is valid for a Husband & Wife (or common law) plus up to 10 children under 18 in full time education, living at the family home and travelling with their insured parents.
- A Single Parent Family Premium is valid for one Adult and up to 4 children under 18 in full time education, living at the family home and travelling with their insured parent.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Health: This policy contains restrictions regarding Pre-existing Medical Conditions which unless declared and accepted by the Insurers in writing prior to travel may invalidate any subsequent claim. If you are in any doubt as to whether you would be covered by the policy please call the Medical Screening Helpline on 0870 737 6074.
Compensation Scheme: Rock Insurance Services are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if they cannot meet their financial obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Your claim is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim without any upper limit. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS.
