Saturday departures From Gatwick and Manchester
Our main flights to Dalaman from London Gatwick and Manchester are on a Saturday and we use Monarch Airlines. We are delighted to be able to offer extra leg room seats on both of these flights at a supplement of £50 per person return.
All guests travelling on our flights and staying in our properties will be met at the airport and transferred to resort by one of our hosts. Please note all timings in the table below are local timings and are subject to change.

Extra Leg room seats
Gatwick
Extra leg room seats are located in an emergency exit row where the configuration is 2-3-2 (we are unable to book specific seat numbers ) so only able bodied adults can book these. These seats are only bookable through the Tapestry team (please bear in mind they are very limited)
These carry a £50 return supplement per person.
Manchester
The front cabin is exclusive to Tapestry guests and all the seats located in this area have more leg room with a seat pitch of 34 inches. All guests are able to book these seats. These seats are only bookable through the Tapestry team.

REGIONAL FLIGHTS
We are able to offer flights from regional airports, however bear in mind most of our properties have an arrival day of either a Saturday or a Monday. If you choose a flight operating on a different day your choice of accommodation may be limited. Due to fluid pricing by the airlines, the supplements for the regional flights may vary, any supplement will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please note:
- Due to 'fluid pricing' by airlines flight supplements may vary, but we will advise of any differences at the time you make an enquiry.
- While we do not own our aircraft we have excellent relationships with all airlines, but as they are outside suppliers we do not have direct control over the flights or the service they provide.
- Due to an increase in security checks at all airports, it is advisable that guests arrive at least 2.5 hours prior to the confirmed departure time on your flights.
- All airlines differ in the luggage allowance that they offer and whether they include meals on board, pre bookable seats or extra leg room. We will be able to advise all this information during your enquiry.
Passport, visa and immigration requirements
A visa costing GBP 10 (English notes only) must be purchased by all UK passport holders (including infants) before Passport Control in Dalaman Airport.
Holders of all other passports are advised to check with the Turkish Consulate on 020 7591 6900 before departure for all passport, visa or immigration requirements.
On Arrival
In order to use the trolleys at Dalaman airport, you will require a 1 Euro coin to use the trolleys at, although the currency is now the New Turkish Lira.
After collecting your bags please proceed through customs and through the main doors where you will see The Tapestry Collection Host, who will direct you to your transfer vehicle for onward transfer to Kalkan.
Car hire
You can choose to collect/return your vehicle at Dalaman Airport or have it delivered to and collected from your property with no additional charges, provided you are hiring the car for 7 days or more. If you want the car hire from Dalaman Airport the minimum number of rental days is 3, and a charge of 1 day's car hire is made for delivery/collection. (Example: for three days' car hire at Dalaman Airport with delivery, you pay for four days car hire.)
Subject to availability rental can start on any day of the week. All cars will be delivered at 10:00 hours and collected at approximately 09:00 hours.
