Sitting with its toes in the Mediterranean, this new property is all about the panoramic views from incredibly spacious suites and deluxe rooms. Indeed, wherever you are in the hotel, you have magnificent views out to sea and towards Kalkan marina. No other hotel in Kalkan can claim such wonderful, uninterrupted views; there are no buildings between the hotel and the sea, nor can any other hotel provide such large rooms. There are twenty six deluxe rooms with most measuring a generous thirty two metres square and the largest of the three master deluxe suites, an incredible sixty metres square.
With a wealth of amenities on offer, the main highlight of the hotel is the newly constructed swimming pool. Situated at the front of the hotel is the stunning 37m long swimming pool, with lovely sunbathing terraces bathed in sun all day and the addition of a pool bar and restaurant, this is a haven for relaxation. The original swimming pool with a central sunbathing area on the first floor of the hotel also remains, and along with the indoor swimming guests really are spoilt for choice!
A sublime blend of contemporary and traditional, the hotel has used the highest quality materials and luxury fabrics. You can choose where to stay from a range of deluxe rooms with spacious terraces, or from the master deluxe suites situated at the top of the hotel with your own private sunbathing area and Jacuzzi.
During the winter of 2009, Aslan added two further rooms to the Likya Residence and Spa. Room 100 is located next to 101 with direct access to the upstairs swimming pool. In addition, he has also built the Owners Suite on the raised sunbathing area of the upstairs pool.
Likya Retreat, a separate building adjacent to the Likya Residence houses three delightful suites all with private terraces or balconies. These rooms are on bed and breakfast basis (at the Likya Residence) and guests have full use of all the Likya Residence facilities.
The hotel has its own gulet for the sole use for guests; day/evening cruises can be booked subject to availability.
