As expected from a hotel on the Kas Peninsula, the views from this property are magnificent. Looking directly out to sea and across the Greek island of Meis, even the most world-weary traveller would be impressed.
There are two buildings, one which houses the deluxe rooms, and the other where the master deluxe suites are located. All the suites are en suite with sea views, some with front sea view, others with side. The master deluxe suites differ with four suites furnished traditionally and four in a more modern manner; each one in a different colour. These suites are very large, have four poster beds, satellite TV and DVD, and a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. All rooms are large, well decorated and furnished to provide a very comfortable place to stay.
There are also two honeymoon rooms situated underneath the restaurant area which afford more privacy and have direct sea views from the rooms and terrace. They are very spacious with the same facilities as the suites,including Jacuzzi baths.
There are two swimming pools at Tamara, a freshwater pool and a sea water pool, plus an extensive sunbathing terrace for both. The restaurant is open all day and you can dine out under the stars while watching the boats passing by. Terraces lead down to the private beach platforms with steps into the Mediterranean waters.
