Antik 1 villa is the lower villa, in front of which is a good sized swimming pool with ample terrace area for sunbathing and outside dining, including a barbeque. The main house opens onto an open plan living and dining room with L-shaped sofa and TV, fireplace and a dining table and chairs. Through an archway you will find a fully fitted kitchen, along with a downstairs toilet.
Ascending the spiral staircase to the first floor, there is a twin room and an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. This room has a balcony on the side. On the other side of the landing there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The two rooms share a large balcony with outdoor seating, the perfect place to enjoy those sweeping views.
Continuing up the staircase, the master bedroom is on the second floor. This features a double bed, a seating area, a separate dressing area and a small balcony. The large en-suite bathroom has a shower cubicle, double basins and a Jacuzzi bath with double aspect views over Kalkan and the sea. All bedrooms have mosquito nets.
The Antik Salice 2 is higher up on the hill and designed exactly like the Antik Palmera Villa. With its own pool and amenities identical to the Antik Palmera, these villas offer the right balance of privacy as well as proximity to each other in the case of two families or large groups holidaying together.
