From the airy sitting room there is a view across Kalamar bay and the adjoining kitchen/dining room has windows on three sides giving the villa a light and airy feel. On the lower ground floor there are two bedrooms, a twin and a master bedroom, which share a terrace. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, and there is a separate shower room for the other bedroom.

The other two bedrooms are situated on the first floor; the double bedroom has an en suite shower room and a wraparound balcony with superb views to Kalamar bay and the mountains; the twin bed room has no balcony but still great views from the large window to the sea. There is a shower room in this floor.

While this villa is in a convenient location, being only twenty minutes walk into town, it is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
