Villa Kalan in Kalkan

Like the Villa Aysel next door, Villa Kalan is also named after one of the owners’ children. Paula and Metin have built another quality villa overlooking Kalamar Bay, with all the essential ingredients for a relaxing holiday. There’s plenty of sunbathing space around the private pool, an outside dining area and a spacious L-shaped roof terrace equipped with outdoor seating for four.

Villa Kalan’s open-plan sitting and dining room features a glass-topped table and rattan chairs, with glorious sea views out through the French windows to the pool terrace and al fresco dining area. The kitchen leads off the dining area through an archway and the rear balconies which get the morning sun are accessible via the internal spiral staircase.

The four double bedrooms have en suite facilities, some with bath, and all have access to balconies. Yet again, Paula and Metin have finished the property with a huge roof terrace that’s just made for entertaining. Sunsets here deserve to be celebrated.
