The interior is as high-quality as you would expect from first impressions. The living area on the ground floor is spacious, light and airy, with white marbled floors, light-coloured furniture and clear glass chandeliers. The kitchen is well appointed and leads out to a separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom.
There are doors from the lounge area leading out to a lovely covered verandah, ideal for al fresco dining, with its large dining table and gorgeous seaviews. There are further double doors out to the pool area, where again you will find a large terrace with a dining table and barbeque, another gorgeous place to dine with fantastic seaviews.
As you follow the stairs up through the various levels of the villa, each floor brings another surprise. The first floor master bedroom boasts two balconies, one looking out to sea and the other overlooking the pool and beyond to Kalkan Bay. Even its en suite Jacuzzi bath has sea views. There are 2 further twin rooms on this floor, one with a balcony and en suite shower room, however the twin at the rear may have missed out on the outside space, but it more than makes up for it with its own sunken bath in the en suite. Upstairs again, the pretty attic style double with its en suite shower room has the benefit of its own terrace and small fridge, so no traipsing all the way down to the kitchen for a cooling drink!
No matter how accurately we describe this gorgeous villa we can never do it justice as it is a truly spectacular villa in a fantastic location.
With undisturbed vistas right down to the water and only a ten minute sea view walk to the Old Town, Mavi Su doesn't feel like a rental villa. It feels like a home. It's one of Kalkan's most livable properties and will be much in demand.
