Villa Nergiz, Kalkan

This brand new villa is situated halfway between Kalkan and Kalamar, and enjoys superb views of both bays.

Villa Nergiz sleeps up to eight people, and has a good-sized private pool and terrace area in front of the villa.

The sitting room has floor to ceiling windows and doors leading to the terrace, with a fully equipped kitchen/diner. Upstairs on the first floor are two bedrooms; one double and one twin, each with en-suite bathrooms. They share a wraparound balcony with superb views across to Kalamar bay.

Following the stairs to the second floor, is another twin and double bedroom, again with en-suite facilities, including a bath. The twin room has a Juliet balcony, whilst the double room has a large balcony, again enjoying stunning views of Kalamar and Kalkan bays.

Finally, you reach the roof terrace, equipped with a sink and a fridge; ideal to enjoy long summer evenings whilst gazing over the fantastic panoramic sea and mountain views.
