Villa Olivia is all about the location, the villa lies on a quiet side street only minutes away from all of Kalkan’s amenities. A stroll all the way down to the harbour shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes and the shops are a short 5 minute walk. Mesut and Ayşe the caretakers who look after Villa Olivia, Villa Damla and Villa T’Mo situated next to each other and are more than happy to make breakfast or any other meal requirements for guests.
The spacious terrace and private pool lead off from the open-plan kitchen and sitting room, which features modern and airy décor. The stone walls between the buildings ensure a sense of privacy whether indoors on the ground floor or enjoying the pool or terrace. Views from any of the terraces are excellent, looking out onto Kalkan bay and the islands.
The twin and master bedrooms are both equipped with en suite shower rooms and balconies, although the master balcony is of a larger size. There’s a downstairs shower as well, so there’s no need to make your way up the wooden spiral staircase to the bedrooms to shower when coming in from the pool.
This is a town location that’s tranquil but still gives easy access to Kalkan’s renowned restaurants, nightlife and shops. The outdoor spaces are generous enough to allow plenty of room for guests to find their own little spot to sunbathe and the vistas are memorable enough to make you want to settle in to take a long, leisurely look at the blue Mediterranean laid out before you. Villa Olivia, like the Villa Damla, is a great choice for families with teenagers who want the freedom to get out and about, while their parents kick back for some long-overdue relaxation.
