Villa T’Mo in Kalkan

Villa T’Mo is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from Kalkan Old Town, situated on a small privately owned villa complex; this three bedroom modern villa is airy and bright with views over the Mediterranean to Snake and Mouse islands. Mesut and Ayşe the caretakers, welcome you on arrival and are on hand throughout your holiday. They are more than happy to prepare breakfast or any other meals for guests.

T’Mo benefits from a large terrace area where you can dine al fresco in the warm evenings, as well as sun bathe around the pool. Inside, you will find an open plan dining area and lounge together with a fully equipped kitchen giving you everything you need to dine at home.

Leading up to the first floor a wooden staircase takes you to all three en suite bedrooms comprising two doubles and one twin, all fully air conditioned.

This is a town location that’s tranquil and has easy access to Kalkan’s renowned restaurants, nightlife and shops. The outdoor spaces are generous enough to allow plenty of room for guests to find their own little spot to sunbathe and the vistas are memorable enough to make you want to settle in to take a long, leisurely look at the blue Mediterranean before you. Barely a 5 minute walk from Kalkan Old Town, Villa T’Mo is a great base for couples wanting a romantic break away or young families who want to be near all that Kalkan has to offer.

For large parties or extended families, Villa’s Damla, Olivia and T’Mo are situated together, although each one is in its own private location separated by stone walls and bougainvillea.
